2. Where your data lives
Openy's database is hosted in Sydney, and the servers that run the app are in Sydney too. Texts are sent through ClickSend, an Australian SMS provider.
3. Who can see what
- Agents see only their own agency's listings, buyers and feedback. This is enforced by the database itself, not just the app.
- Vendors see their own report through a private link. It shows interest, comments and offers, never buyers' names or contact details.
- Buyers only ever see their own sign-in and feedback forms.
4. Signing in
Agents sign in with a secure link sent to their email, so there are no passwords to guess or reuse. All traffic to Openy is encrypted.
5. Your data stays yours
Buyer details belong to your agency. We never sell them and never market to your buyers. You can export everything as a CSV at any time, or delete a listing and all of its data for good. Read the full privacy policy.
